Complaint Regarding Incorrect Purchase - Request for Assistance

Dear Sephora Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase made at your Guildford Centre store on 27th December 2024. My husband and I visited Sephora to buy a 1 Million Perfume set for his birthday. We clearly emphasized to the sales assistant multiple times that we specifically needed a perfume set, and the assistant assured us that the item we were purchasing was indeed a perfume set.

However, upon reviewing the details of the purchase in my Sephora account, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the item we bought is actually a toilet set and not the perfume set we explicitly requested.

This miscommunication has caused considerable inconvenience, especially as this was intended to be a special birthday gift. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I would appreciate either a replacement with the correct perfume set or a refund for the purchase.

Please advise me on the steps required to rectify this situation. I have attached a copy of the receipt and relevant purchase details for your reference.

@Ashamma I'm so sorry to hear that you received the incorrect fragrance set. As this was purchased in store, I would recommend contacting the store directly so they can assist you with your return or exchange.
