Color Match

I go into different Sephora stores in Idaho and I been trying to get color matched for a year now. I walk in with no make up on and a clean face and every time I ask to get color matched with the little machine the employees say they don't know how to do it or they don't have one. So they recommend a foundation and put it on me and it's always the first one they pick up and they say it's a match. And sure, close up it looks good on my face and I buy it but then I go home and try it and go out and my face is pale looking and my face doesn't match my body. This has happened to me 3 separate times now. Every time a different sephora employee talks me into buying the very first foundation they sample on a little part of my face. I am so sad about it because I really want to buy a nice foundation and spend money on it but I'm not getting good help in store. What do I do? I HAVE 3 DIFFERENT FOUNDATIONS I HAVE BOUGHT FROM SEPHORA ALL DIFFERENT BRANDS AND DIFFERENT  SHADES NONE OF THEM MATCH ME. 

How do I properly get color matched!? 

I JUST WANT TO FIND MY PERFECT MATCH AND MATCH MY FACE TO MY BODY AND CONTINUE TO BUY SAID FOUNDATION AND LIVE MY LIFE!! 

HELP!!!!! 

Also my make up routine consists of foundation, concealer, and mascara. Sometimes other stuff but very rarely. I like to keep it simple. I have found a foundation I love... Charlotte Tilburys Beautiful Skin... I just need the correct shade and I need to get truly color matched.
