Close Sephora Credit Card

 I was never able to activate my Sephora credit card for who knows what reason (tried many times) and now I am getting billed for the card, that was never activated or used. I don't know how is that possible.

 I need help closing/cancel Sephora Credit Card, because I am not able to call the customer service at the moment, as I am not in the States.
