Change order from shipping to pick up at store

Hi, I have an order in transit now but today I have lost one parcel at the same address. Iโ€™m in fear that my Sephora one will be lost as well since I need to go to office on workday. Is there any chance to change the order to โ€œpick up at storeโ€ and call the shipment back?

@Valgooo, I regret that we're unable to make any modifications to an order once it's been placed, and we are unable to change the current order into a pick up order. If you experience issues with receiving your package I'll be happy to look into it further. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
