Card charged but order didn’t go through

So I've been trying to order online using my credit card and kept getting the same message of "Payment Error- our payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file." 

But I see my Visa has been charged 3 times but I never received any confirmation number or indication that my orders were being processed.
