Cancelled order using paypal

I used paypal for the payment, and I thought the transaction went smoothly but it turns out it didn’t. The day after the order I checked Sephora’s website and found that you CANCELLED my order, but there is still a pending payment authorization on my PayPal account. 

One of your customer service told me that Sephora has indeed cancelled the order and now it’s up to PayPal BUT PayPal is telling me to contact Sephora because you’re the only one who can cancel the order for them to process the refund. It’s super confusing.

I don’t want to wait for 30 days of Paypal’s cycle to get my money back, that’s really annoying since I’m not the one who single handedly cancel the order.
