Cancelled order using paypal

Hey!

So I had Placed an order and within the hour I cancelled it and I had used PayPal btw, I have never received my refund and their is still a pending charge on my PayPal account. Can someone please help me it’s been 5 days now and still no refund which is quite unusual.

I called you guys and no one is helping me. They have told me that Sephora has already cancelled the order and now it’s up to PayPal to release the charge. And PayPal is telling me that I need to contact Sephora for them to cancel it. This is getting extremely frustrating because both parties are making go back and forth. Each Sephora employee I talk to is telling me different answers.

 

I really don’t want to wait 30 days for the charge to be removed. I’m sure there is a way for you guys to release this charge because PayPal is telling me that you haven’t cancelled my order and it is still pending on my PayPal account.
