Cancelled order due to international billing adress

Hi!

So I made two orders and let them be shipped to the adress a friend who lives in the States for a few months.

However, I made the order all the way from the Netherlands, so the billing adress is in the Netherlands and the shipping adress is in the States.

I paid with American Express and I got an email that my orders were canceled due to unauthorised payment methods.

I can't make US calls to Sephora and I already mailed them, what should I do?
