Canada POST Strike - Order #

I placed an order on September 26, and Sephora online said, we are working with other delivery services, as Canada Post is on Strike. I still have not received anything. 
Today, October 14 - I was in Kingston area and Sade said, because I live in a Rural area, looks like Sephora is waiting for Canada Post to start deliveries again. 
Well, I receive deliveries by Purolator, Fedex and other companies, I do not know why; I am still waiting for my order which is over $400.00 to be delivered by Canada Post. 

Please, Sephora, you can do better than this.
