Canโ€™t take in store experience survey

Had a very disappointing time at a certain store so wanted to leave a review. I was constantly being watched but zero ppl greeted or acknowledged me. I even made eye contact on multiple occasions. It was the strangest experience ever. I had a lipstick in my hand and my tiny crossbody purse. Sorry to have offended them or make the associates think I was stealing. I didnโ€™t think I did anything to warrant their reactions. Very disappointed in the lack of guest interaction and intimidation tactics. Will stick to shopping online. Why does the barcode not work to take a survey? I feel like customer service has been going downhill since that has stopped workin.
