Can't sign in to the site or app

I'm unable to sign in to the website or the app. Even though I know my password was correct I also did a forgot password request and never received a reset link. I'm rouge so obviously shop (a lot, too much, haha) so ... help?

I'm having the same issue and have also cleared my cookies and cache. Any other solutions?

Can't sign in to website. Put e-mail and password then it just jumps back to home page. I don't use app

Can you please clear the cookies and cache on your web browser? Please also check if you're able to sign in through the app.

I have cleared my cookies and cache and it still doesn't work. my app was working earlier but no longer is working or even loading

I also cannot sign into site.  When I click the link to reset password it allows me to do so and reuse the same password over and over.  When I get signed in via the reset password I cannot add items to my basket.  It says I can but nothing shows up in the basket.  This has been going on for over a month.

Once again cannot sign in without resetting password (which I can still use the same password over and over). The site worked for me for about 1/2 a day and then stopped working again.  Using Chrome on Mac but also doesn't work with safari.  After resetting password I can sign in and add items to my basket now but it will not allow me to check out.  App on iphone works but prefer shopping on desktop.  About to give up on Sephora!

Thanks for the reset. I can get into the app now but on my laptop (chrome on Mac) it flashes with my name and signs me out immediately

@beanl, I'm glad that you were able to login with the app! For the browser, I recommend going to sephora.com (not the Community) and signing out completely, then navigate to community.sephora.com and sign in from there. 

 

 Also, to respond via private message you can click your Community Profile > Messages. Thank you!

Its happening to myself as well! Super frustrating i can't sign in from my laptop desktop site!!

I signed in with a different search engine ..... microsoft edge and it worked ... so thanks!
