Can't place orders. Help!

Not sure what is happening but I have been trying to take advantage of the sale and everytime I place an order it shows as "Unsuccessful Authorization" and wouldnt allow me to get my order processed. I have used multiple cards from different banks and no luck. I have called the customer service line 3 times and they have even created the ticket and I waited way past the 48 hours and no one has been able to help resolve my issue. Is there a way to get this fixed so I can have my account back and start taking advantage of the Rouge sale? I have been shopping from sephora for years and never had this issue. It's very sad that no one is able to help even when I reach out to the customer service line.

I have been trying to place an order both on phone & computer and it keeps saying it is unable to prosses no matter what I change! I dont want to miss the sale again!

Having this same issue so frustrated with sephoras poor response and customer service. Message me if you have gotten this issue resolved. So tired of seeing ill pm you from mods.

I am also having this problem, and I have used the app and not changed my banking information for over 2 years.

It has worked dozens of times with the same information, all of a sudden multiple attempts cancelled with the same information, I even called and ordered once over the phone, the sephora associate said the order went through, I seen the money on hold at my bank, then no  more than 15 minutes later, emailed of cancellation with the same error. My bank is not withholding the funds, they even had already alert me that i made the purchase. 

Confused, and running out of time.

I am having the exact same issue. I have placed multiple orders on the same card before but now it is not working. It charges my credit card but then refunds it immediately. The card works fine and is not expired. I have also tried different cards with no luck.

This is the same thing happening to me. It's ridiculous because I missed the whole sale. I've been a member for so many years as well. Nothing has changed and my bank says there is no issue from their side. I see this is an issue with a lot of people and their acxounts. So what's going on?  Is there anyway to transfer points/rouge membership to new account? Will that help?
