Can't Claim Birthday Gift

I was trying to redeem my birthday gift online by placing an order today, but when I go to the page, it says all the online options are sold out? It doesn't even give me the opportunity to choose 250 points. I feel like this is maybe some kind of glitch, but today is the last day of my birthday month. Am I going to have to miss out because of it?
