Can I return a product if I dont have the packaging? (I have the receipt)

Recently I bought the DE T.L.C product however it reacted badly on my face so I want to return it (most likely exchange for some other serum). I lost the packaging but I have the receipt as well as the record on my account. Can I return it to a Sephora store?

I am sorry to hear that this product did not work well for you. You can return or exchange this item in store without the packaging. As long as you have proof of purchase and it has been within 60 days you should be fine. I hope that this helps.
