CS Please Help Me - Damaged Product!

Is there a way to have a customer service member message me directly? Here's my situation:

I purchased the Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment on 4/13 during the Rouge sale and have been using it since. I've used about half the bottle. Butter hands over here dropped the bottle tonight and it broke in half and product went all over the floor. Is there a way to get a replacement bottle?

 

Tomorrow is 90 days since I ordered the product, which I know is the standard return time. I called customer service and was very disappointed. The agent was difficult to understand and said I had to return it to a store, even though I bought it online. I explained that my local store was a Sephora JCP store (nearest standalone is 90 minutes away) and I'm pretty sure they don't carry this product so I wouldn't be able to exchange there. Also- the glass bottle is broken in half, it's not like I can just bring it in with the product pouring out. He said that was my only option. Is there anything that can be done or do I have to buy a whole new bottle? This is an expensive product and I'd hate to have essentially thrown $50 on my bathroom floor and then thrown it in the trash.
