CONSTANT WEBSITE PROBLEMS

Ever since the alleged upgrade to this awful website, I have had nothing but problems especially in google chrome.  This makes no sense and Sephora IT doesn't really care about the inconvenience that this is causing.  This is the message I get everytime I try to search for a particular item:  It's always an error message.  Ulta's website is so much better than SEPHORA'S!

Re: CONSTANT WEBSITE PROBLEMS

The problems are still there! E.g. I frequently get the "bad gateway" error and cannot access my profile -- even right now. Please fix it!

Re: CONSTANT WEBSITE PROBLEMS

Hi @Krysa13 & @kittengirl09,

I sincerely apologize about this. I highly recommend clearing the cache and cookies on your browser history. Switching Web Browsers to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox helps as well. If you're still unable to access our site after doing these steps, please send me a private message. Thank you. 🙂

Best Regards,

❤️ Raquel

Re: CONSTANT WEBSITE PROBLEMS

It has been over a week and the problem has still not been fixed.  You can go to the main page and search for products, but if you click on a product you receive an error message:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

Apache Server at *.sephora.com Port 443

This seems to be an intermittent product for many months.  Good customer service would be having this fixed within 24 hours of the issue being reported, and staying on top of it to make sure it doesn't repeatedly occur.
