Broken hair dryer brush

Hello there,

 

I recently got the #Amika Hair Blow Dryer Brush and I absolutely loved it, however it broke the third time. It does not start no matter what I try to do i.e. resetting it/letting it cool completely etc. I believe the product must be a faulty one and was wondering how I should go about exchanging it/getting a replacement.
