Booking Custom Makeover Online?

I just tried booking a custom makeover online (I am Rouge) and it seems the functionality has been removed.  It used to be very easy to find the calendar on local store websites to book makeovers but now I can't find it anywhere.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!
