Bizarre in store

So on Saturday I went to Sephora to return an item that wasn’t what I thought. I also purchased an additional item. I used 250 points for the Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream. 

two things: the tube was more than half empty. The box had been opened as the edges were folded up. There wasn’t a security label and there was product all over the inside lid. 

I received a single use sample of the same product and opened it prior to going to the store. It was thick and honestly piqued my interest which is why I chose the larger tube size. Same exact product but watery, oily and runny. 

I don’t like that I feel I received a product that was almost used up for 250 points nor do I like that I’m unsure whether or not to purchase because I don’t know which of the two samples truly represents the product, a very expensive product. 

I will purchase immediately if the product is like the single use sample. What to do?

 

also what’s up with the samples being half or less filled?  Yes I weigh them.

I know I turned them on. This website needs some work. It’s unbelievably difficult finding the gear but I found it!!! I keep getting signed off even though I chose stay signed in.
