Birthday gift

can we still get our birthday gifts after our birthday month? mine was the end of September but I haven't had a chance to buy anything until now. I still have my birthday gift in my cart but I'm getting an error message about it. 😞

You are welcome to pick this up in store with no purchase necessary! If you would like to apply it to an online order then you will need to call in before you place your order since it is past your birthday month. Our Beauty Advisors are available by calling, 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672), Monday – Friday 5am PT to 9pm PT and Saturday & Sunday 6am PT to 9pm PT. Thanks!
