I have an account that is linked through my cell phone number. I have always entered in my phone number at Sephora stores. I also have my Beauty Insider card I received when I signed up first for the membership. I can not access my online account with my phone number to see my points balance. I have many points I would like access to but I have no way to gain access to my account. I tried typing in my email and it said there was no account linked to it because I only have my phone linked into my beauty insider account. How am I able to link my email and my phone number so they are on the same account. It seems the only way I am able to check my points balance is with an email account, I have one that I just created but it is not linked with my phone number that has all my points collected on it. I would like to be able to check my points balance. I need help asap with this issue as I have tried everything.
