Beauty Insider won’t load on app or online

Every time I use the App or shop online, my beauty insider doesn’t load, even when I’m logged in. When I’m in the store they find me no problem with the exact same contact information. Is this feature broken online? Am I not getting any points for all I order online/via the app? How do I use points online if it won’t recognize me? Please fix this.
