Beauty Insider Points Conversion

I recently made a purchase in store, used my points(new policy) for a $10 credit towards purchase, the item was no good, went to return it and Sephora would not let me apply the $10 credit towards new purchase. Customer Service here leaves alot to be desired. Beware!

@lolasue, I'm sorry for the confusion! When you return an item purchased with the Beauty Insider Cash discount, the amount refunded is the cost of the item less the $10 discount or prorated portion of the $10 discount if more than one item in the purchase. We are not able to refund the points or add the credit to a new purchase.
