Hi! So I recently made an order online to pickup at store and it had a clean hair product which is worth 100 points on the Beauty Insider Challenge but they haven’t shown up. Does this take a while?

@Freelancer47 Yes! Please note, it may take 24 hours for the points to be credited to your Beauty Bank for completing a challenge.

@Shelianb  Did the hair product cost at least $25? If not, then it didn’t qualify for the challenge task, unfortunately.
