In celebration of our Beauty Insider members, we are offering exclusive access to this year’s Beauty Insider Appreciation Event. Here's the breakdown:

Rouge, you shop the event early beginning Fri 8/24. This means you get 20% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else. You can continue to shop the entire event through Monday 9/3.

VIB and Insiders get to shop, too! Starting Thursday 8/30, VIB will receive 15% off and Insiders will receive 10% off your purchase.

You can use your discount one time online or as many times as you want in-store. Check your email to get your code!

What is the Beauty Insider Appreciation Event?

This is a special event to celebrate our Beauty Insiders and the recent changes to the Beauty Insider program. This promo is a great excuse to splurge, restock favorites, and start stocking up on fall newness.

What’s the offer?

Rouge gets 20% off, VIB gets 15% off and Insiders save 10%. Plus, Rouge (we see you!) gets to shop early before VIB and Insider.

What if I like to order online?

That’s cool. You can redeem the offer on both US and CA sites. Please note that online orders are one time use however you are welcome to shop as frequently as you’d like in-store.

Can I redeem the offer more than once?

Online you may redeem the offer one time but if you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want in-store.

You can shop one time online with your code below based on your tier:

As a benefit of our top tier of membership, Rouge gets to shop the event early.

Is this offer available in Canada?

Yes! Some Canada stores may be closed on Mon 9/3 for Labor Day so be sure to call your store for holiday hours and closures.

What about Sephora inside JCPenney?

The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.

Are there any exclusions?

In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, Flash shipping or PLAY! by Sephora subscriptions, or combined with any other promotional offers. Not valid on purchases of Dyson, customizable sets online or through Sephora’s Customer Service. Clients are limited to three Drunk Elephant-branded items per transaction and three Tatcha-branded items per transaction. Merchandise quantities may be limited, see store for details.

I am not placing an online order until next week. I am lucky that I live in a city with several Sephora stores and I don't exactly know what I want.

Hopefully this is just a trial run and Sephora will change policies and allow for more uses of their online code.

Ugh had items in my cart and they became unavailable and sold out in a matter of seconds. Ridiculous because these are online only items that I really really wanted. As a loyal Sephora Rouge so disappointed at the lack of stock and that there is no store near me. It is mediocre to us for one time use and then immediately items becoming out of stock. It seems alot of us are having the exact same issue

What?! I'm VIB ROUGE 10X over, and I was not notified the the code is now one time use only! Had I known, I would have purchased a few more items. There's also the issue of items being sold out. The closest Sephora, to me, is in a JC Penney. Quite frankly this particular store is a joke. They carry almost nothing that I'm interested in, it's unorganized, and unkempt. I'm not driving over an hour to shop in a larger store. This is just one of many reasons that people are choosing Ulta, and Nordstrom, over Sephora

Really unfair that that 20% off can only be used once on line. Good for the people who have a Sephora store nearby and can get 20% multiple times - I do not, nearest one for me is a 2 1/2 hour drive.  I do all my shopping w/Sephora online. Waiting to see if some items I have on my fav list will come back into stock before I decide to order or not - FIX THIS!!!

It’s been just over 3 hours since the sale started and sure enough, more items on my list are sold out (in addition to the ones that were sold out before the sale even started). And they aren’t available at my local stores either (my city even has two stores). This is why people are disappointed about a one time use code.

do not understand the reason behind one time use for online code. products go out of stock & I cannot purchase them once they are back in stock, because the items are online only. I also missed a few products and going to store means waiting 3 hours in line to checkout. super annoyed with the one time use online - Sephora is definitely losing out on potential business due to this.

I really hope Sephora nixes the one-time-use limitation for the 10-20% online discount codes during next year's sale.

Lost business opportunities indeed: I used to place multiple orders online during past sale periods in order to get my hands on wishlist items that happened to come back-in-stock.

Braving checkout lines that either loop all the way around the store or double back on themselves is annoying enough for people who have the patience and leg strength to tough it out, but is absolutely impossible for someone with mobility/accessibility issues like me.

Guys, I almost had a heart attack. After loading my cart, put in my eGiftcard that I bought back in April, the darn thing kept saying I have $0 instead of $100. Keep trying different browsers, clicking until my fingers almost fell off, the darn thing finally had the correct amt. Ugh! I checked out so fast that I might left out couple items. What’s up with 1 time online use only.

@blackkitty2014, I'm glad you got your gift card to go through! I hate when stuff like that happens and you're so eager to check out. I really hope you didn't leave anything off that you can't get in the store because this one time online use has me very cautious. I am really hoping they are restocking the sunset palette by Natasha, so I'm holding out a couple of hours before I hit the purchase button 😊 I sure hope I'm not let down with no restock.

Seriously?? The code is one time use only for online purchases? Do you know how difficult it is for me to go to a Sephora store with a toddler and an infant? This is definitely going to reduce the amount of money I spend at Sephora during this sale. It’s just not practical for me to go to a store. Pretty unfair if you ask me considering there are several items which sell out quickly and are online only.

I’m Rouge, never got an email with a code or barcode, and can’t use the code YESROUGE when trying to check out with the app and it’s now one hour into the 24th for me. What gives?

After some online research I discovered that the sale operates on Pacific time, so the code should work at 3:01 am Eastern time.
