In celebration of our Beauty Insider members, we are offering exclusive access to this year’s Beauty Insider Appreciation Event. Here's the breakdown:

Rouge, you shop the event early beginning Fri 8/24. This means you get 20% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else. You can continue to shop the entire event through Monday 9/3.

VIB and Insiders get to shop, too! Starting Thursday 8/30, VIB will receive 15% off and Insiders will receive 10% off your purchase.

You can use your discount one time online or as many times as you want in-store. Check your email to get your code!

What is the Beauty Insider Appreciation Event?

This is a special event to celebrate our Beauty Insiders and the recent changes to the Beauty Insider program. This promo is a great excuse to splurge, restock favorites, and start stocking up on fall newness.

What’s the offer?

Rouge gets 20% off, VIB gets 15% off and Insiders save 10%. Plus, Rouge (we see you!) gets to shop early before VIB and Insider.

What if I like to order online?

That’s cool. You can redeem the offer on both US and CA sites. Please note that online orders are one time use however you are welcome to shop as frequently as you’d like in-store.

Can I redeem the offer more than once?

Online you may redeem the offer one time but if you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want in-store.

You can shop one time online with your code below based on your tier:

You can also bring your barcode into store to use as many times as you want. Check your email to get your store barcode!

As a benefit of our top tier of membership, Rouge gets to shop the event early.

Is this offer available in Canada?

Yes! Some Canada stores may be closed on Mon 9/3 for Labor Day so be sure to call your store for holiday hours and closures.

What about Sephora inside JCPenney?

The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.

Are there any exclusions?

In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, Flash shipping or PLAY! by Sephora subscriptions, or combined with any other promotional offers. Not valid on purchases of Dyson, customizable sets online or through Sephora’s Customer Service. Clients are limited to three Drunk Elephant-branded items per transaction and three Tatcha-branded items per transaction. Merchandise quantities may be limited, see store for details.

I do most of my Sephora shopping online since there isn't a store close by.  I bought one lipstick this time.  If I had been able to use it multiple times, I would have bought a lot more.  So odd how Sephora limits their gifts with purchase.  You can still get gifts with purchase at VS, Bath & Body Works...You can apply different discounts codes instead of just one.  Aren't Sephora shareholders rich enough????  Ugh.  Oh, and a lot of stuff I like isn't available in store anyway, only online.  And yes, I could just buy a ton of stuff at one go but let's face it.  None of this stuff is a real need so if you give me more times to use online code, I will probably think of or see something else at a later time & w/then make another purchase.  I'm pretty much done w/the ridiculousness of Sephora

Lol @ everything is marked up by at least 50%. You have no idea how wrong your margins are. Like ANY business, they are entitled to make a profit. There is nothing wrong with that.

They now edited their comment but yes, it's a business they markup for a profit.  Ulta has the same markup on beauty products but this person is acting like Sephora is trying to scam us.

VIB has gotten 15% before the changes have been made in previous sales, this wasn’t a new thing. You can search up previous sales online and see what the % were for the tiers.

you're incorrect... vib was previously 20% off....google it. beauty insider was 15% & now it's 10% Rouge has remained the same.

No I'm not, in the spring 2018 VIB sale, rouge and VIB had 15%. VIB has had 20% for some of the sales yes, but not all. You now edited your comment and removed that part saying this was a new change when its not.

It's not an individual code, you're not going to be sent anything. It's very clearly laid out that depending on your tier, you type in "yesvib" e.c.t. And as they said, that's for one order online but as long as you give your card/info when checking out in the store to prove you're an insider, you get unlimited purchases in store.

My order keeps getting cancelled because the product I want keeps going “out of stock”. So frustrating!!!

I had the same problem at the last big sale!!! They ended up freezing 340$ of my Mastercard. It took me 2 MONTHS to get the cash back on my card -___-. Mastercard said it was Sephora's fault and that only Sephora could cancel the order, but when i contacted Sephora, they said there was no order so they could not  cancel it. Both compagnies threw the ball to each other for weeks, before i just gave up and waited for the frozen assets to get back into my account. So i just MIGHT go in store tomorrow to buy my items coz in times of sale, Sephora website does'nt look really to handle the overflow of costumers.

I'd like to just point out this 'surprise sale' is simply taking the place of a different promo run by Sephora at the same time of the year, every year. Right now is usually 2x, 3x, 4x the points (based on your status). They replaced the points promo with the discount. And obviously they wont confirm if the November sale is still taking place, we are in a "buy now" mind set.

Where was this confirmed?  I haven't seen it on any emails or threads here.  Just curious as I've missed this.
