Bag Fee

Bag Fee terms are stated as follows:  As required by law, your selected store charges a bag fee. The fee can be refunded if you decline bags at the time of pickup.

 

Unfortunately, the stores do NOT seem to know how to refund this fee if the bag is declined.  Though the amount is small, I would like a refund from my last two orders. 

The supervisor at the Laurel Village SF store needs customer service training.  When I pointed out the language on the web site related to the bag fee, and cited examples of other stores that have no trouble refunding bag fees, her response was "we are not those companies."  Enough said...

I had the same experience today. No one in store could refund the bag fee despite me declining the bag. I also called the 1-800 number and the lady I spoke with also could not refund the bag fee. Instead I got a $5 credit. That's nice, but why not just figure out how to refund the bag fee like the website says will happen.
