Bad sephora experience redeemed :)

I just wanted my birthday gift, the youth to the people one, but I got a 30 dollar blush too so i can get the good fortune perfume sample. the repair hair mask and purple shampoo conditioner samples got me so excited. I called customer service bc my address was missing my suite. it never came 😞 i called again, got a replacement order but it was missing my birthday gift, my samples, and my suite number was still wrong. i still want my bday gift and samples 😞 i’m so sad

Edit: I was told my original package was shipped back so i thought it was gone for good but i submitted a suite number change on my old package on accident trying to change it for my replacement one and surprisingly i got it. I retrieved the other package from my neighbor because it was already shipped to the wrong address, but very happy mishaps.
