App wonโ€™t let me add to cart to ship

I have a weird issue with the Sephora app. It wonโ€™t let me add items to my cart if I choose the โ€œship for freeโ€ option. The โ€œadd to basketโ€ button is greyed out. Oddly, if I switch to order online and pickup in store or same day delivery, I can add items to my basket without issue. The issue is just with the app because if I use the website, I have no trouble; everything works perfectly. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, changed my password, and even tried downloading the app on another device. The problem persists. And it has lasted for over a month. I tried chatting for help but I think my issue is too complex/technical for your customer service via chat. My Sephora app worked perfectly until this happened over a month ago. I have an Apple iPhone 15. Iโ€™m flummoxed. Help!

@katluvdogs, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). I think it must be an issue for many people because it does not allow me to add to card from the app either unless I select โ€œsame day shippingโ€.. Then when you go to the card you cannot change shipping methods either. I just want regular shipping lol.
