App not working

For a month the Sephora app hasn’t been working on my iPad. I’ve updated my iPad to newest software and deleted and reloaded the app many times. It will not let me sign in properly so I’ve had to delete the app completely off my iPad and this is very frustrating. I’ve contacted support a few times and no help was given. It works on my iPhone but all my loves have vanished and I am unable to add more to the list 😞
