App/.com Not working

I’ve been trying to shop the app/.com since yesterday however the app and website is not working. There’s a message that pops up saying “your transaction cannot be processed at this time”. Even when I just try to add things to the basket as well. I’ve checked for updates and also deleted and redownloaded the app again. Not sure what else to do.
