AfterPay and order cancellation and refund

First, be so careful when you place an order with sephora using afterpay. If you cancel the order expect the refund to take weeks or never arrive. Plus afterpay doesn’t stop the payments. I have been waiting for cancellation and refund for 12 days now with nothing. I have emailed sephora many many times and all they’ll say is go talk to afterpay. i emailed afterpay a million times, and all they said is wait or go talk to afterpay. This is so painful for a simple cancellation and refund.

Same thing here!! I placed a big order the other day on sephora website but before the final order I had two cancel two because I had forgotten certain items. However, I purchased with Afterpay and the payments are still showing on my after pay account, not refunded. can anyone help me??

I'm going through the same thing! i don't know why i was charged when the item hadnt even been shipped yet! i cancelled within an hour placing the order. So frustrating! I've seen so many posts regarding this issue, im honestly shocked with the run around both companies are putting customers through!

I’m going through the same thing. My order was about to go to my old address so I cancelled it within minutes. Afterpay is about to take my second payment out in a couple of days.

hi @LaurieBT  I have the same issue. I placed an order for pickup but it was cancelled by the store. I disputed on Afterpay but they said they are waiting on Sephora to let them know it’s been cancelled. There has to be an easier way for customers to get their money back instead of having to wait days or weeks as some people have had to
