Adding Points from a Receipt

Hi!

Back in December, I posted in an existing thread about adding points from a receipt.

I mentioned that I was in the same situation and I had a receipt that I didn't receive points for. I still haven't heard back and now I'm wondering: is it too late to have points added retroactively? Can someone please let me know how I might have these points added?
