Account Problems

My account has been reset meaning that all my information, order history, and points have been cleared. I’m not sure how or why this happened. I need help with fixing this.

Hi @bleakangie. We've updated our Beauty Insider program. If your account is inactive for 18 months; no purchases or rewards redeemed, your points expire and your year to date spend is reset if you don't qualify to maintain it with the $350 VIB or $1000 ROUGE thresholds. I am happy to look into this for you and will send you a message.
