60 Day Return?

I’ve been seeing different responses online so wanted to get some clarification, if I return something within 60 days of ordering, am I able to get my money back? I ordered a Dyson Airwrap which is obviously very expensive and though I’ve tried to make it work it just doesn’t do anything for my hair. I’d like to return it but it’s been about a month since I ordered. If the return policy is 60 days that would be a lifesaver as I’d really like my money back!!

If Sephora receives your new or gently used item within 31 to 60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to online store credit if the item was purchased online and returned to our warehouse. 

 

In store, it will be returned to a in store merchandise card that can be used in store.

Thanks @JaneanBT ! One other question, can I return something if I don’t have the packaging? It’s an airwrap I want to return but I don’t have the original box it came in
