4th Time Ordering, 4th time with the wrong

I've ordered from Sephora for the 4th time in a period of a month and every single time I was given the wrong samples from what I chose, one time the beauty offer that I chose wasn't even in the package, and now samples are wrong and the beauty offer was wrong. I'm not really upset about the samples but disappointed in the sheer fact you allow people to choose and then just throw whatever in the box, on top of not fulfilling the order as picked and give no option to the buyer to pick something else if that sample/product isn't available. I chose a beauty offer to get something I was looking forward to trying and got something different that I don't have any interest in using.
