2024 Birthday Gift

I have a September birthday and so all year I have to wait to redeem my birthday gift. This year I went to 2 malls to get my gift. The first one was completely sold out of ALL of the birthday gift options. The second one only had the Gucci perfume as an option and I was told that I had to take it because it was already October and I’m only allowed to redeem my gift in the month of September. This is very disappointing as I have been waiting my turn to redeem the gift I wanted only to be told sorry we’re all out you have no other option but to take this. I understand this is free and perhaps they underestimated the amount they would need for the year but there’s a reason the perfume is the only one left 🤢 do better next year @sephora #2024birthdaygift

I think they never give the birthday gift anymore in a store. As I tried many times. They said just sold out. As they been said to get your birthday free item you should redeemed online as you must purchase 25$ before you get your free birthday item. Sephora should change your policy so customer wont come at your store to ask about it. Its kind of embarassing. Just my opinion.

Its seems unfair to me that a minimum purchase of $25 is required to receive the birthday gift when Sephora already offers free shipping. I've been looking since October in 3 stores several times & they are all sold out. I even called the night before I went to the store. In the past they sent me the gift in the mail for free after speaking with customer service (which made me very happy & I am very appreciative b/c I'm disabled & get shop around). Not this year. People born late in the year often lose out. I've head this multiple times. Please do better. Often people have their boyfriend/husband sign up & they have no intention of using the gift which means less for the rest of us who actually want to try it. I'm left disappointed on my birthday this year.

I had the issue for online and it would not let me add to basket even with it being over $25
