2023 20% off referral link doesnt work

My friend shared the link with me and when I open the link, at the beginning it shows my friend invites me for the 20% off promo and requires me signed in. After I sign in it shows Oops! Something went wrong. Please reach out to the person you sent you the link to.”. After that every time I open the link, it’ll show this message. Please advise.

My friend is having the same issue. I sent the link only to her and when she opens it and logins to her account it says “oops something went wrong please reach out to the person who sent you the link”

The client who is the "friend" only needs to click the link once and it should trigger an email for them with the code. After clicking the link once, the "friend" should check their email notifications for the code. If you go back and click the link again, you will see an error message, but not to worry because the code should be in your email.  If you need further assistance please let us know.
