20% off code I got in the mail isnโ€™t working for 3/1/24-3/11/24

I received a 20% off coupon through the mail thatโ€™s valid from March 1st 2024 to March 11th 2024 but when I enter the code, it says itโ€™s available for certain BI members only. Why would I get one if Iโ€™m not a โ€œcertain BI memberโ€ even though I have VIB status.
