2 day shipping??

I tried contacting a customer service rep directly yesterday, but still no reply. What's the deal with shipping time?? If I'd ordered on Friday, as I was about to, there would be a MINIMUM 6-day shipping time, with a possible 8 day delay???

 

The main point of Sephora and being a Rouge member, in my opinion, is 2 days shipping.

Do you even have a flash 2 day subscription? Because we no longer get 2 day shipping just for being rouge. We either have to pay $15 for a year long subscription or choose 2 day shipping as our rouge gift. So maybe that is why you are seeing such a long delivery time? It’s because you don’t have flash shipping anymore.

I'm sorry for the confusion! If your order was placed on Friday before 3PM PST with our Flash 2 Day shipping method, it would have arrived on 5/7. If it was placed on the same day after 3PM PST with Flash 2 Day, it would have arrived on 5/8. (Expedited shipping and Flash orders will not be affected by our current delays. Additionally, delivery and processing do not include the weekends or holidays.)

 

Please also note that if your order contains a hazmat item, the entire order will be shipped Ground and may arrive within 2-8 business days. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please send me a private message. Thank you!

Well, none of those factors apply to the order I was trying to place so I don't understand why it was giving me a shipping time of 6-8 days?

 

And if "2-day shipping" isn't really 2-day shipping, why am I purchasing though Sephora still and not Amazon or another company that can actually deliver? 

 

The "rewards" have become worthless - there is nothing to even purchase in the Rewards Bazaar.

Re: 2 day shipping??

That a very polite response, but does nothing to address the issues I expressed.

 

If you can explain 1) why "2-day shipping" is still labeled as such when in reality it is not, 2) an explanation for utter the lack of items on which to spend "rewards points", and 3) why I need to private message you rather than receiving a response in this space I'd appreciate it.
