10% off with text subscription code not received

Hey! I signed up for the 10% off code when signing up for texts and confirmed my subscription, but didn't receive the code! I am a Beauty Insider and read the terms/conditions and it seems like I've done everything right. I'm wondering if you can help with this as I wanted to apply it to my most recent purchase.

I've also not received one, didn't realize though that this isn't the first time I've signed up. I've never received one any time I've tried to sign up though. (I still have the text thread) I also don't receive the promotional texts?
