I signed up for text messages and tried to use the promo code I was sent, but keep getting the message "Offer available to select BI members." I read through the fine print for SMS sign-up and it doesn't say certain people aren't eligible, and the code was sent directly to my phone, so not sure why it's not working.

I’m getting the exact message! I’ve spent hours researching new products and adding them to my cart to use the 20% off coupon that was mailed to me with my name on it…and I get the “offer available to select BI members” and it’s only valid until midnight tonight so hopefully someone will let me place the order with the discount tomorrow! 🤞

Same exact issue just happened to me.
Tried chatting with a representative and they were passive aggressive, on top of completely unhelpful.
They first claimed that this was "very strange" and pretended it didn't happen ever to anyone else, and when I pointed out this forum thread, and gave them the link, they changed the narrative.
Only a few days of being a Sephora BI customer, spent over 500$ at least -Westman Atelier and Supergoop will do that to you :(- and I have had just a horrible experience.
