10% off text promo code not working

I signed up for text messages and tried to use the promo code I was sent, but keep getting the message "Offer available to select BI members." I read through the fine print for SMS sign-up and it doesn't say certain people aren't eligible, and the code was sent directly to my phone, so not sure why it's not working.

I signed up for the text marketing alerts and the promo code I got isn’t working and “offer available to select BI members” keeps generating after I enter the code.
