Help! 3B curls, short hair

I shaved all my hair off a year ago to get my curls back (it was so damaged from my mom insisting I dye it platinum for years), and now that it’s back, it’s a very curly (pretty much as curly as 3B can get with good products). I’ve only dyed it once (from my natural red to brown- my mom’s rule for her to pay for my hair cut- she hates the red! And since then, the bottom layer in the back loses its curl on non wash days. What can I do to keep the curl on those days and keep the rest of my curls tighter- also product recs overall? I’m not used to this much curl, it’s kind of been a trial and error thing, buying new products twice a month or so. But I’m loving it- it was so worth it to get my curls back!

What products have you tried so far?  I have all my curly girls using Olaplex No3 at home to help maintain the structure of their curl.  I also really love the Oribe curl cream mixed with the curl gloss, it gives just the right amount of hold and shine but stays touchable and soft.
