What a good conditioner for damaged colored hair??

If you’re looking for a really good conditioner for color damaged hair I would recommend something like sheamoisture, curlsmith, not your mothers, Camille rose naturals anything that has more naturals and clean ingredients because ingredients like sulfates silicones and much more aren’t going to help very much with restoring your hair back to health. So yeah just pick up some stuff that has a little more clean ingredients and I would get trims regularly to help with the damage.
