Two faced

I have a tricky one to explain. So here it goes… I have combination skin and I would say that it’s in every way possible. When applying makeup, I feel that while the top of my face (nose to forehead) looks great color wise, the bottom of my face (upper lip to chin) can look a bit gray. It’s as if I have two different undertones.

does anyone experience this? Is there any technique to help correct this?

my skin color is medium to dark tan with peach undertones. I tried soooo many different foundations: Tarte, TooFaced, Ester Lauder, MAC, IT cosmetics, Aveda, Mary Kay, etc. All the same result. So I don’t believe it to be the make up. I think it’s my technique.

Re: Two faced

@FeeSmalls what you might need to do is use a dark peach or orange color corrector around your mouth to help balance out the darker tone and have your foundation apply more evenly. This video is really helpful so you know what I mean. https://youtu.be/BKY66HCVw9s

Thanks! I’ll give that a try! 🙂
