Shade Finder Not Working?

I am trying to find a shade match for a foundation that is only available online but the shade finder doesn't seen to be working... 

I am shade N25 for Cover Fx Natural Finish Foundation and was hoping to order the new RMS "Un-cover up" cream foundation. 

Would anyone know how I might be able to find my shade? 

Any advice would be appreciated!

Another vote for Findation! It's my go-to site and has yet to steer me wrong.

@lhicks1984  try a website called Findation.  I usually use that site when Sephora's is down or if not, try deleting your cookies.
