@Kris1421  seconding the suggestion of CHARLOTTE TILBURY - Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder for setting and a sheet color wash.  Wander Beauty Wanderlust Powder Foundation Golden Medium does a good job if you want fuller coverage

I have combo skin with slightly oily tzone and I love bare minerals loose matte mineral powder, it's not drying at all, the original is good too for dryer skin types. I would suggest getting a sample of both the original and the matte version to compare, you can't go wrong with bare minerals loose powder foundations, so good!
