Chalky/cracking foundation

Hi I’m currently using the urban decay all night matte foundation and pore professionals matte finish primer. idk if it is the chemicals or maybe how Im applying my make-up but my make up is cracking like crazy around my nose/under eye area. Sometimes by the end of the day it doesn’t even look like I have foundation on 🙃 i have oily sensitive skin and am very up to changing foundations(it’s not my fave I’m just using until I run out). Any suggestions?! Thank you☺️

@Gabriela26 Other than what the other bic members already suggested, you might want to try moisturizing the trouble areas.

My makeup only cracks when I'm dry or dehydrated. Try moisturizing really well the spots where your makeup usually cracks (the areas you mentioned tend to be drier than the rest of your face), let it completely absorb (5-10 mins) and then do your makeup routine.

@Gabriela26 are you putting the Porefessional all over your face? Silicone heavy primers can make your makeup slide around. Try using only a little bit just where your pores are heavier or even going without primer for a day to see if that is the true culprit.

I would suggest switching to another primer and foundation, making sure you're setting your foundation and spritzing with setting spray after you're all done. Some good primer and foundations that have worked for my skin have been:

@Gabriela26  I really like  Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Natural Glow Foundation 8.75

im so bad for rubbing my face all the time so my foundation wears off faster then normal I’ve also found using  Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer 0.7 oz/ 20 g

has helped my foundation stay on longer it doesn’t crease or crack. It still wears off but it’s not as noticeable I find.
