What are these spots under my eyes other than the blackheads? Pores? How can I minimise it ?

 I have these spots like chicken skin under my eye and I don’t know how to get rid of it also the blackheads. I used a skin care for blackheads and after it these spots became more. What to do?? What is the best skin care for me ( combination skin) and how to get of the blackheads?

@NehalG   Those are milia(cysts)  which are compromised of deposits of kératinised (hardened) skin cells that that become trapped under the skin.  They are not in a pore but under the surface so you cannot pop them.  
they can be treated by using retinoids to speed up cell turnover and by topical BHAs which exfoliate the skin.  
If they’re truly bothersome even after you’ve self treated them you can have a cosmetic doctor remove them with a needle.
